London is getting another luxury wellness destination, but LERÉI is taking the private-club approach. The new women-only wellness residence in Knightsbridge is bringing fitness, recovery, beauty and longevity services together under one roof, with membership starting from £1,000 a month.

Limited to just 150 women, LERÉI is designed to feel more like a private residence than a conventional gym or spa. It occupies the second floor of 171-175 Brompton Road and is reached via a private entrance and lift or a sculptural staircase. More than 60% of memberships were secured in July – months before the official opening – with a limited number of founding memberships still available by private application.

What can you actually do at LERÉI?

The club has organised its offering around five areas, spread across various floors: Renew, Restore, Replenish, Reconnect and Revitalise. There is a lot packed into those categories, from Lagree and infrared Mat Sculpt to hydrothermal contrast therapy, advanced facials and Japanese head spa rituals.

Renew is the fitness-focused side, with infrared Mat Sculpt powered by Bon Charge, the Lagree method and Suspended Flow.

Restore moves into recovery, offering sound-led restorative movement and hydrothermal contrast experiences.

Replenish includes enzyme peels, oxygen dome treatments and caviar therapy

Revitalise covers Japanese head spa rituals, Brazilian lymphatic massages and ceremonial body wraps.

Reconnect offers educational talks and intimate seminars built into the membership experience.

There’s genomic testing, too

One of the more unusual elements of LERÉI is its collaboration with Dr Mansoor Mohammed, an internationally recognised specialist in genomics and personalised healthcare. Members can have advanced DNA and genomic testing, with the results used to inform a more personalised approach based on their biology, lifestyle and stage of life. It brings to life LERÉI’s core concept that wellness should be tailored around the individual – not a generic set of treatments and classes.

“I was searching for a space where fitness and restoration could exist without scrutiny,” the founder explains. “Somewhere curated rather than crowded, luxurious in its silence, and elegantly feminine in its design.”

£1,000 a month gets you through the door

Membership starts from £1,000 per month and is offered across a small number of tiers, with the exact benefits depending on the level chosen.

Those benefits can include semi-private fitness and recovery classes, Korean Glass Hydrafacials, Japanese head spa rituals, advanced facial therapies, lymphatic treatments and hydrothermal access. Higher tiers also include concierge services and chauffeur transfers.

And not everyone can sit at this table: membership is by exclusive selection, with the club deliberately keeping numbers tight. The idea is that members aren’t simply booking treatments at a busy wellness venue; they are joining a smaller, highly personalised space where the team knows who they are and what they use the club for.

The design is part of the experience

LERÉI has been designed by Italian design house Visionnaire, with the interiors intended to feel more like an elegant private residence than a gym or traditional spa. And elegant it is – all muted tones, beautiful curvy lines, and plush sofas.

The design focuses on materials, lighting and spatial flow, creating a deliberately residential feel throughout the club. And that discretion is arguably one of the biggest differences between LERÉI and the increasingly crowded pool of London wellness clubs.
