Pumpkin spicy latte, who? Negroni Week is back next week, from 21–27 September 2026, so it’s time to raise a glass and celebrate our favourite three-part nectar of gods. The annual celebration, founded by Imbibe and Campari in 2013, sees bars and restaurants around the world serve the classic Negroni alongside their own takes on the formula – from subtle twists to full-blown cocktail experiments.

And it’s not just all fun and games. Negroni Week raises money for Slow Food, supporting its work towards a fairer, more sustainable food and drink system. So while you’re debating whether to stick with the classic or order the bartender’s latest riff, your drinking is doing a little more good to the world than usual.

Now, how can you celebrate this very important day? There’s many a routes one can take – see some of our favourites below (you might spot us in some of these).

No.3 Negroni Nights

Negroni fans, don’t panic – you don’t have to hastily knock back your bodyweight in Negronis before the 27. No.3 Gin isn’t letting the party end with Negroni Week. No.3 Organic London Dry Gin has launched Negroni Nights, extending the boozy celebrations from Negroni Week right through to the end of October. So, if one week of ruby-red cocktails leaves you wanting more, there’s plenty of time to keep the Negronis flowing.

You’ll be able to try unique Negronis across five reputable London bars, each given the same brief: build a Negroni around No.3 Gin.

  • At Solaya at Art’otel Hoxton, a Sgroppino trolley rolls up tableside for its No.3, Campari, lemon sorbet and prosecco serve (£17), alongside a strawberry-and-Campari Al Lambrusco and a rich, cacao-heavy Black Forest. Both are £17 full-sized or £8 as minis.
  • London Cocktail Exchange offers a champagne-and-coffee-liqueur Sweet Summer, a chocolate-and-red-wine Night In, and a rotating Barrel Aged Negroni, sold solo or as a £14.50 flight.
  • At The Ritz, the Rivoli Bar ages its Negroni in a 10-litre American Oak barrel (£28), served next to a Classic Negroni (£26), with a £30 flight adding Melon-Thyme and Plum-Basil versions.
  • The Emory Rooftop Bar takes the Negroni in a Martini-inspired direction with Dry, Wet and Dirty serves (£20 each), using pickle soda and a peach-and-jasmine mist.
  • The Lanesborough’s Library Bar, lastly, features a chamomile-infused Negroni Ristretto with Champagne cordial and Pitch Dark Cacao Bitters, and a Negroni Rispagliato pairing chocolate-infused vermouth with Punt e Mes and Kahlúa. Both are £23.

Campari’s Negroni Passport sends drinkers on a six-bar crawl

Campari has turned Negroni Month into a citywide challenge with the Negroni Passport, covering six dedicated Negroni Lounges across London. Drinkers collect a stamp at each of Lardo, Equal Parts, Café 1001, Next Door Records Two, The Shaston Arms and Bar Brasso, with a free Negroni waiting at the final stop once all six are ticked off.

Each venue has its own spin: Lardo has turned its neighbouring Bastardo space into a Campari-red lounge with DJ-led Sunday sessions and Negroni masterclasses; Café 1001 is pouring £5 Negronis on Brick Lane with regular DJ sets; Equal Parts in Hackney hosts a takeover from Mexico City’s Bar Mauro (World’s 50 Best, No. 54) on 20–21 September; and Bar Brasso in Nine Elms throws a Campari & Perelló Aperitivo Day Party on 19 September, with a DJ set from Owen Cutts and bites from Darby’s chef Robin Gill.

Fatto a Mano x Campari: The Queen Negroni

Fatto a Mano has teamed up with Campari to launch The Queen Negroni, a limited-edition serve that captures the flavour of the pizzeria’s own Margherita. The gin is washed in olive oil for texture, then mixed with Vesuvius tomato water made from the restaurant’s hand-crushed Rega tomatoes, fresh basil, Campari and Martini Rosso, giving the drink the same savoury depth and herbal lift as the pizza itself. It’s available across all nine Fatto a Mano sites in London and Brighton from 7th September to 18th October, running through Negroni Week itself.

The standout ingredient is the no-waste tomato water: made from the pulp left over once the Rega tomatoes are crushed for pizza sauce, it brings acidity and depth to the drink.

Fatto a Mano is timing the launch with its first pepperoni pizza, La Ribelle, made with a bespoke pepperoni from Brighton charcuterie specialists Curing Rebels, Calabrian chillies, arrabbiata sauce, provolone and candied chilli on the brand’s 24-hour dough – the obvious pairing for a cocktail that’s already borrowing from the menu.

Kamara drops Negronis to £5 for the week

Soho’s Kamara is marking Negroni Week with £5 Negronis in partnership with Campari. The bar, opened this year by Brother Marcus founders Tasos Gaitanos and Alex Large with a cocktail programme from Angelos Bafas, sits in the former home of The Blind Pig and centres its entire menu around Greek spirits, house-made ferments and ingredients that would be just as at home on a tasting menu as behind a bar, right down to the custom pottery sourced from independent Cretan artisans used for ageing.

Two Negronis are on the list for Negroni Week: the Kamara Negroni, made with Campari, O/Purist Tsipouro, Sipello Gooseberry Aperitif, Karminia Vermouth and Skinos Mastiha, and a Classic Negroni built from Renais Gin, Karminia Vermouth and Campari. Both lean on the same Eastern Mediterranean references running through the rest of the menu, where every cocktail starts with a recognisable classic before taking a detour into the Eastern Mediterranean.

House of Negroni, the cocktail brand co-founded by Mancino Vermouth’s Giancarlo Mancino, has landed its UK debut with a month-long residency at Brooklands Bar in The Peninsula London.

And others…

Hawksmoor is marking Negroni Month by putting its Sour Cherry Negroni – the steakhouse group’s signature twist, of which it has now sold over 500,000 – on a £5 Happy Hour from 4–5pm, Monday to Friday, across its UK restaurants (Scotland ). Outside those hours, the same serve is available at its usual £10 price.

Young’s Pubs is getting in on the action across its UK estate, with Young’s On Tap app members able to claim a free Negroni at participating venues. Eighteen Young’s pubs will also have a five-twist Negroni menu, taking the classic into more playful territory with flavours including Stonefruit and Coffee & Chocolate.

The Evolv Collection is stretching Negroni celebrations across the whole of September, with four serves created by its bar teams: the raspberry-and-grapefruit Bitter Blush at Madison, the Pimm’s, bergamot and apricot-led Summer in London at Bluebird, the banana-and-cacao One In a Lifetime at 24 Stories, and a Classic Negroni at Caffè Casoni. Evolv Rewards members can also claim one complimentary Negroni worth up to £15 during the month.

Over at The Shaston Arms, expect £5 Negronis on Sundays with free Perelló olives, while Next Door Records Two is serving £8 Negronis alongside Lardo snacks and Saturday vinyl sessions.

For something a little dirtier, Campari and Perelló are putting an olive-brine spin on the classic, with Dirty Negronis appearing at venues including Rita’s Soho, Bloodsports, Polpo, Sophie’s Soho and Equal Parts. Meanwhile, Aperivino in Belsize Park is also joining the Dirty Negroni action with its own selection of twists.
