Westbourne Grove has no shortage of good-looking shopfronts, and number 300 has just joined them: blue tiles at street level, a white upper storey with arched windows, and inside, picture-perfect cream interiors flooded with daylight. Its new tenant is Innerskin, the Paris-born skincare brand founded in 2022 by engineer and entrepreneur Chrystelle Eid, who now leads 25 clinics, including the UK newborn.
What’s Innerskin?
Innerskin is a Parisian science-led skincare brand founded in 2022, combining clinically tested skincare with advanced aesthetic treatments. Its approach puts as much emphasis on how active ingredients are delivered to the skin as on the ingredients themselves.
What’s on the menu at Innerskin’s new UK clinic?
The striking new clinic is divided into six treatment rooms, and every client’s journey begins with a personalised skin assessment. From there, the menu runs from advanced facials to laser and energy-based treatments, with regenerative procedures and injectables also available. Each plan is tailored to the individual’s skin and goals, then revisited as their skin progresses (it’s all about YOUR wants and needs).

Skinfusion: the facial you can only get in London
Every good line-up needs a headline act. Skinfusion is Innerskin’s signature facial, and London is the only place to book it. True to its name, the 75-minute, needle-free treatment fuses selected active ingredients with LED technology after an in-depth skin assessment. It finishes with a tailored Innerskin skincare regimen. That last step matters to the brand, which created Skinfusion to bridge the gap between professional treatments and daily skincare, on the belief that healthy-looking skin takes a considered approach that carries on beyond the treatment room.
A homecoming for founder Chrystelle Eid
Skincare runs in Eid’s family and engineering runs through her CV. She is the daughter of two aesthetic doctors, and she studied engineering at École Polytechnique and MIT before beginning her career in London. She went on to found Innerskin to bring greater precision and personalisation to skincare, which makes this opening a return to a city she knows well. Having lived here before, she says it “feels less like entering a new market and more like coming home,” and she describes London as exacting and open to new ideas, qualities she believes have always shaped the brand.
Absorption, engineered: the skincare range
Innerskin’s mantra, ‘Absorption, engineered’, puts as much emphasis on how active ingredients are delivered to the skin as on which ones are chosen. Central to this is Mesotides®, the brand’s exclusive complex, which uses liposome technology to encapsulate active ingredients and support their delivery into the skin. The nine-product collection was developed with input from medical-aesthetic doctors across its clinic network, with each formula designed around a specific skin concern.
Among the range, you’ll find two cleansers (a gel and a balm), a selection of serums covering everything from hydration and antioxidant protection to firmness and skin renewal, a retinol serum, and a brightening caffeine eye cream. Rounding the range off are two moisturisers: the Age Reverse Peptide Cream, designed to improve firmness and smoothness, and the Mesotides® Age-Recovery Cream, which combines beta-glucan, probiotics and allantoin to soothe fragile or compromised skin and support the skin barrier.
You can browse the products online as well as at the clinic. We haven’t tried the range ourselves yet, so we’ll reserve judgement on the results. As ever with skincare, consistency is key.
