International Coffee Day was yesterday (Thursday 1 October), but Café Ciel is not ready to put its cup down. From tomorrow, 3 October, the café in the courtyard of The OWO is running Coffee Club, a month-long series of collaborations with eight London coffee and bakery names, each of which has created a coffee-inspired special for the occasion. It finishes on the 31st, and some of the bakes are around for only a weekend or two, so it pays to plan ahead.
What can you try all month?
Three collaborations run for the entire month:
Miel Bakery
Interestingly, Miel opened in Fitzrovia in 2019, and its founder, pastry chef Shaheen Peerbhai, also founded Café Ciel. For this special month, the bakery has concocted a tiramisu croissant (no less) and a laminated sobacha brioche with milk chocolate, coffee and maple.
Allpress Espresso
The brand was founded in New Zealand in 1986 and expanded to Shoreditch in London in 2010. For Coffee Club, it developed a a tasting flight that covers single origin espresso and cold brew as well as a cortado, with a distinctive lot from Gungegiri Estate in Karnataka, known for anaerobic fermentation with local wildflowers and vibrant red fruit notes.
Caffè Crema Co.
The new brand Caffè Crema Co., launched earlier this year and sells in Greenwich and Victoria market, its offering its beloved Affogato Crema. The “cocktail” gives Italy’s beloved crema di caffè its own twist by pairing the brand’s velvety caffè crema with a traditional affogato.

When do the other collaborations land?
Marrone
Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 October
The London-born brand with Puglian roots is the name on everyone’s lips right now, as Marrone opened on Sherwood Street in Soho this August as London’s first café dedicated entirely to tiramisu. For this weekend only, you can try its Classic Tiramisu with generous layers of mascarpone, coffee and cocoa.
Cardabelle
Saturday 3, Sunday 4, Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 October

For Coffee Club, the bakery is offering a limited-edition Mocaccino Cruller that gives its signature cruller a coffeehouse twist with rich coffee and chocolate flavours, alongside its bestselling HBN (honey beurre noisette and sea salt).
Reemie’s Cakes
Saturday 10 to Saturday 31 October
an exclusive coffee-inspired take on its much-loved cakes. Reem Abu Samra started the business in 2018 by baking from her own flat, and it now has a Fulham Road café in Chelsea, which opened in early 2025, where the banana bundt cake is a signature. This month only, expect an exclusive coffee-inspired take on its much-loved cakes.
Puffy Cookies
Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 October
Puffy was born in Paris in 2023 with a plan to make thick, soft New York-style cookies, and chose Soho for its first London shop. For a weekend only, you can try its limited-edition coffee-inspired cookie, available only at Café Ciel.
Boxcar
Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 October, then Saturday 31 October and Sunday 1 November
Boxcar has cafés in Marylebone and Hyde Park, and its pain au chocolat and matcha croissants are baked in-house each morning. Make sure to try its Salted Caramel & Mocha Knot, a laminated pastry filled with chocolate and coffee crémeux, salted caramel and chocolate, developed exclusively for Café Ciel.

What else is on at Café Ciel?
